1000 HASEN

In 1873, the „1000 Hare Stone“ was set in honour of the hunter, Prince Ferdinand zu Solms-Braunfels, where he had previously shot the 1000th hare. In 2007, the sagittarius, who was born in 1973, dedicated the „1000 Hasen“ concept to art. In the spirit of Joseph Beuys and Barry Flanagan, Tina Oelker has revitalised the symbolism of the hare and created a complex work that is yet to be presented in its entirety.
